Advancing Motivation Feedforward Control of Permanent Magnetic Linear Oscillating Synchronous Motor for High Tracking Precision

Linear motors have promising application to industrial manufacture because of their direct motion and thrust output. A permanent magnetic linear oscillating synchronous motor (PMLOSM) provides reciprocating which can drive a piston pump directly having advantages high frequency, reliability, easy commercial manufacture. Hence, researching the tracking performance PMLOSM is great importance realizing its popularization application. Traditional PI control cannot fulfill requirement precision, has phase lag stiffness. In this paper, an advancing motivation feedforward (AMFC), combination signal signal, proposed obtain precision PMLOSM. The inserted with AMFC provide accurate trajectory at frequency. Compared single control, reduce from −18 −2.7 degrees, shows promotion addition, will promote other working conditions needing frequency give greater future prospects.
